The hotel had a great location, conveniently located near public transportation and in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and cute, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with organic toiletries provided.
One of the receptionists was not very helpful when we needed to exchange money, a bit disappointing. the breakfast buffet was a bit crowded during the weekends, and the variety of options could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, being very near the city center and not far from the main train station. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Lara and Silvia at the reception. The breakfast had an excellent selection and was surprisingly good value.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to the city center and right opposite stop 4. It is a great base for exploring the city and the main pedestrian shopping streets are just a few steps away. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and spotless, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to assist guests, making for an enjoyable stay.
It would have been great to have a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were extremely reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout. The central location was a major plus, as it allowed easy access to the main shopping area and numerous restaurants and bars nearby. Additionally, despite being on a main street, the hotel was remarkably quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
